By downloading or using Color Latte you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app
Color Latte lets you color artworks by number and read illustrated stories that you color page by page. It is free to use and shows ads. Downloading new pictures and stories requires an internet connection. We may add, update or retire pictures, stories and features; we try to keep the artworks you have already started.
2. Cookies (virtual currency)
You earn cookies by finishing artworks and stories and by claiming badges, and you may buy cookie packs. Cookies can be used for extra hints, frames and avatars. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are stored on your device. We may adjust prices and rewards. Purchased cookies are non-refundable except where required by law or by the store's policies.
3. Purchases
"Remove ads" is a one-time purchase that removes ads, removes the watermark from saved and shared artworks and includes 2 cookies a day. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and are subject to their terms; you can restore them with the same store account. Refunds are handled under the store's policies.
4. Your artworks
You may save and share the artworks you color for personal, non-commercial use, including on social media. Saved and shared images include a small "Color Latte" watermark unless you have removed it. The designs, line art and stories remain ours, so you may not sell them, print them for sale or use them commercially.
5. Our content
The app, its artworks, stories, characters, design and brand belong to Color Latte or its licensors and are protected by law.
6. Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify or reverse engineer the app, bypass purchases or ads, manipulate cookies or progress, or use the app in a way that harms it or other people.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of data stored on your device.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; we will publish the new version here with a new date. We may suspend access in case of misuse.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country.
