Color LattePrivacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Color Latte app ("Color Latte", "we", "us") uses, why, and the choices you have. Color Latte is a color-by-number app with illustrated stories, operated from Mexico. You can use it without creating an account.
1. Information stored only on your device
Your progress, finished artworks, cookies (the in-app currency), badges, trophies, frames, avatar, nickname and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes them. If in the future we offer optional accounts to sync your progress, we will explain it in the app and in this policy before you use it.
2. Downloading pictures and stories
Artworks and stories are downloaded from our content network (Cloudflare). As with any website, our servers receive your IP address and basic technical information needed to deliver the files securely. We use it only for that purpose.
3. Usage and diagnostics
We use Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config) to understand how the app is used, fix crashes and adjust features. This may include device model, operating system, app version, approximate country, an app instance identifier and in-app events such as pictures started or finished.
4. Advertising
The free version shows ads served through AppLovin MAX and Google AdMob and the ad networks they work with. They may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad interactions to show, measure and limit the frequency of ads. Where required by law we ask for your consent, and you can limit ad personalization in your device settings. The "Remove ads" purchase turns ads off.
5. Purchases
Purchases (such as "Remove ads" or cookie packs) are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate and restore purchases; it receives an anonymous purchase identifier and the store receipt, never your card details.
6. Photos and sharing
When you tap "Save", the app asks for permission to add the image to your photo gallery. We do not read your photos. When you share an artwork, your device's share menu is used and you choose where it goes.
7. Contacting us and reviews
If you write to us, we receive your email address and message. The "Contact us" option pre-fills your device model, operating system and app version to help us solve problems; you can delete them before sending. Ratings and reviews are handled by Google Play or the App Store.
8. What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not access your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone, and the app does not generate content from text or images you provide.
9. Children
Color Latte is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their personal information; if you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Retention, transfers and your rights
Service providers keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above and may process it in other countries, such as the United States, with appropriate safeguards. Depending on where you live (for example Mexico's personal data protection law —ARCO rights—, the GDPR or US state laws) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data.
